She was b abt 1244, Hardingham, Norfolk, England. Ralph de Goushill [c] b abt 1274, Goxhill, Lincolnshire, England, d bef 30 Aug 1294. He md Hawise Fitz Warin abt 1292, daughter of Sir Fulk Fitz Warin and Margred verch Gruffydd. Margaret Goushill [d] b 12 May 1294, of Whittington, Shropshire, England, d 29 Jul 1349. She md [1] Sir Philip le Despenser abt 1311, son of Sir Hugh le Despenser and Isabel de NOTES: a. He was sheriff of Lincoln, 23 Nov 1267, but appears on 8 Feb 1267/68 as sheriff of York, when the castle of York was committed to him, and was late sheriff of York 3 Jul 1269. b. Topplesfield manor in Essex was given to Piers by Ralph de Camoys in free marriage with his daughter, Ela, said manor eventually succeeding to the Despensers. He was summoned for military service in Wales in 1277 and 1282, and on 28 Jun 1283, he was summoned to attend the King at Shrewsbury. c. He lived but roughly twenty years, and at his death left an infant daughter, his heir, Margaret. His widow had dower assigned 30 Jan 1294 and appears to have secondly married Robert de Hoo. d.
